      • As a “Manager – Content Development”, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy based on our specific goals and objectives.

    What You’ll Do?

    • Create a learner’s content execution engine that identifies and develops the needed content for learners/ readers.
    • • Be responsible for course design, timeliness, quality of content and team management.
      • • Plan, create, optimize, drive and execute the content strategy aligning with short-term and long-term of marketing targets and rest of the organization
        • • Should be a quick learner and technically strong to pick up new technical skills quickly.
          • • Ensure consistent internal and external communication of the brand, messaging and tone across the buyer's journey.
            • • Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of content present on website and resources available to learners.
              • • Define and measure content KPIs that drive continuous optimization and improvement
                • • Build a clear process for managing and executing the content strategy, including developing a pipeline of prioritized content, managing our editorial calendar.
                  • • Collect feedback from customers, sales, account management, and to guide meaningful content creation that constantly improves our storytelling capabilities
                    • • Effectively operate at both a strategic and tactical level, as a leader and an individual contributor and should be an expert storyteller.
                      • • Strong Analytical and data-driven approach to solving business problem

    What You Will Need?

    • Clear communicator: You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights
    • • Explorer: The ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. Self-starter attitude is a must!
      • • Balance attention to detail with swift execution: We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength
        • • A high bar across the board: From your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the products you work on
          • • Ability to work with cross functional teams and develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
            • • Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong Excel / data management skills
              • • Strong project management skills
                • • 10+ years of content development, course design and content management
