I found the big data course from Edureka to be comprehensive, and practical. Course instructor was very knowledgeable, and handled the class very well in terms of making it interactive, keeping it interesting, and responding to all questions from students. The support staff was excellent as well, engineers assisted me remotely when I encountered an issue with HDFS even after the course was over. Overall, highly recommend Edureka for big data training and more.

Experience with Edureka is world class. I took 2 courses Informatica PowerCenter 9.x and Tableau Certification Training. I feel both the courses had extremely knowledgeable instructors, professional course delivery, recorded classes, great customer support and the access to needed tools at the comfort of your time and place (home). I have not seen such a value for money for anywhere in the world. I will keep taking many many courses with Edureka! I'm currently enrolled in a lot of courses offered at Edureka, so I'm attending live classes and using their study materials, course projects, have access to support staff and teachers. I can confidently say Edureka staff is very hard working and committed to help students which is reliable. Course instructors are experienced candidates from industry who know what they are teaching. Course materials are pretty comprehensive and students need to work very hard to finish course projects, pass the project interviews and gain certification. I say, it is worth it.

Definitely there is no doubt in saying that all the instructors at Edureka are industry experienced and the support staff provides a quick response to the tickets you log whether it be Day or Night. I like the way the sessions have been organized, with the Pre-requisites required for the next session and the assignments, QUIZ post session etc...I like the LMS a lot, You can find enough of required information in the forums. They even share the video recordings of other instructors as well in the LMS. So that if one couldn't get the content clearly in your session, you can always refer to other instructors recordings shared in your LMS. This part helped me in understanding few concepts in a better way.

I also approached your support team for a change in class and the instructor. They allowed me to choose instructor of my choice and now my learning is much at its peak. Thanks to one and all sitting out there in the support team. They even provide a prompt response during weekends. That's a good feature. We professionals get time only during the weekend to focus on studies and when we do so we get stuck into problems; but no way have we had a good Edureka support Team. Thanks once again.
