I am working at IBM and am working here as a application developer and am not being recognized. Is it okay to switch to other MNC? I have a 3 years of experience here, IBM was the first company I started my career with. Is changing now benefit my career or I should give this a thought after few years?

Hello @KoushalRoy, yes it is more than okay to switch to a better company. As you have 3+ years of experience and you are not getting recognized at IBM, my suggestion for you would be that you switch to a better company. The other MNC always look for experienced employee. You will just have to show how important was your role in the previous company. Switching a company might also give you a hike in salary and that totally depends on how impressed is the HR by your skills and how much you demand for.

Hope it helps you. All the best.

Hi,

It is a very good time to switch your job, having 3 years of experience is not a joke. It's a high time to switch to some other firm and it might give you a good hike as you are from a good firm. One thing more than a brand, but what kind of work you have done on which domain that matters a lot. As you are going to apply as experienced, knowledge matters and as well as to express that too. Hope you can satisfy yourself first as you will be switching and as well as your new HR or your higher authority.
