What is the best course for a Civil Engineer who is seeking to switch to IT

I am a full time Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience. I want to switch to the IT department (possibly in data analytics or full-stack developer). Since I work as Quantity Surveyor, I have a good grasp of Exel, AutoCAD & MS Project. What online courses is best recommended for me?
