How to get job offer from Google

Hi. I am very interested in working at Google. I keep sending my resume whenever they are hiring but I don't get shortlisted. I am very good at programming. I have won many coding contests on CodeChef. I thought my resume was not impressive enough. I changed many things in my resume and kept sending it but no luck. How can I get recognized by Google?

Google only hires the best of the Coders. Google interview process is very hard to get through. Every other Programmer has at least once in his life wished to work at Google and lots of people keep applying for jobs in Google. If you are good at coding, one of the opportunities to get recognized by Google for your coding skills is to participate in their coding contest: Google Code Jam. Participate in this contest, win it and you will be recognized by Google. I had read somewhere that the top 5 coders will be invited to Google HQ too. So, this is your chance.
