Switching the third comapny in 4years

I have a total of 4 years experience. In this time I had changed 3 companies and for each I have worked almost a year. This is my third company and I am working here for 1 year and 4 months now. Will switching to different company now effect my resume? Please share your opinions.

The impression on the next company you apply for will be bit doubtful but again you can potray as what were the reasons that forced you to switch company that often. You can give the interviewer a point that you were not completely utilized or you weren't given challenging tasks or you were not learning new things there. You always can make out points that will justify your switch. All the best.

Well it depends on the reason that you are shifting multiple times and the projects and work that you did in your previous companies.

If you are changing for to face different challenges forward, then you should be able to show and explain the same to the interviewer.

Then you shall be able to pass your next company.

Actually the whole depends on you , basically it is not appropriate to shift companies so often.  But if you do not find the project or the environment of your present firm good enough then you can move to any other firm as per your choice.

But make sure you should be ready with some of the questions from the interviewer side because he will definitely ask you about your previous companies, 

• why you switch so often? 
• what are the expectation from this companies ?
• How can I trust you stability?
