        AWS Certified SysOps Administrator— Associate is an excellent starting point for individuals who possess any of the following credentials:
        • 1–2 years of experience as a systems administrator in an operations role  
        • Experience in monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting  
        • Knowledge of networking concepts (for example, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls)  
        • Ability to implement architectural requirements (for example, high availability, performance, capacity) 
        To be an AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, you must sign up for the course through an AWS Certified SysOps administrator training provider with a solid track of success.
        • You must pass the exam and get at least 720 out of 1000.
        • Be certified after passing the exam.
        Preparing for and attaining this certification will help you master the following:

The exam features a combination of three possible question formats, including multiple choice, multiple response, and exam labs. Exam labs allow you to showcase your skills by building solutions using the AWS Management Console and AWS Command Line Interface (CLI).
        This is an online exam, and the cost of the exam is $150.
        Candidates are allowed 180 minutes to complete the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (SOA-C02) exam.
        Delivery method: Pearson VUE testing center or online proctored exam.
        AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate Exam tasks are available in English, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese.
        The following are the exam details for the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate exam. The percentage in each domain only represents content that has been scored.
        • Domain 1: Monitoring, Logging, and Remediation - 20% 
        • Domain 2: Reliability and Business Continuity - 16% 
        • Domain 3: Deployment, Provisioning, and Automation -18% 
        • Domain 4: Security and Compliance -16% 
        • Domain 5: Networking and Content Delivery - 18% 
        • Domain 6: Cost and Performance Optimization - 12%
        Your detailed exam results will be available within five business days of completing your exam in your AWS Certification Account, under Exam History.
        AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate Certifications are valid for 3 years.
        Certification Renewal must be completed before the certification expiration date. The AWS Certified SysOps Administrator—Associate renewed certification will be valid for three more years, effective from the date the exam is passed.
        If you fail an exam, you must wait 14 days before you are eligible to retake the exam. There is no limit on exam attempts. However, you must pay the full registration fee for each exam attempt. Once you have passed an exam, you will not be able to retake the same exam for two years. If the exam has been updated with a new exam guide and exam series code, you will be eligible to take the new exam version.
