Hi Ramita,

Your work makes a positive credit in your Resume/Cv with good work experience and feedback on your work from your company.

So it's better to take a change than stay in a stagnant position where neither your work nor your career has any improvement and feel uncomfortable in your work environment.

It's time for you to choose a job that allows you to grow and develop.
