Yes, MS SQL experience will help you for Python SQL Developer job. But you will have to learn the basics of Python for it. Other skills that would help you get a job as a Python SQL Developer are Problem-Solving, Web-related technologies, and Cloud knowledge.

Of course, it would help you. Every domain integrates multiple tools and platforms with each other. If you're a python application developer then you might use integrate with different databases, platforms, and languages. So MS SQL might be useful for any database or web-based applications.
