The Job Role for AWS Java Developer is not confined to a set of task. They have multiple things to do. Few of the major task they do are as follows:-

  • Code-level application security (IAM roles, credentials, encryption, etc.).

  • Developing and maintaining applications written for Amazon Simple Storage Service, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Simple Queue Service, Amazon Simple Notification Service, Amazon Simple Workflow Service, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, and AWS CloudFormation. 

  • Developing with RESTful API interfaces.

  • Programming with AWS APIs.

  • General troubleshooting and debugging.

Hey,

Jobs role for AWS Java developers are as follows:-

  1. Creation of different AWS service like API, RDS instance and Lambda to build a server less application.
  2. Creating a Redshift cluster and doing data warehouse.
  3. Installation of Talend Studio suit on EC2 instances and creating job server.
  4. Creating different S3 buckets and write Lambda to move files from S3 to the instance and FTP server to S3.
  5. Implementing Kibana on top of Elastic Search.
  6. Creating Cloud Formation templates for the Ops Work stacks.
  7. Creating alerts (custom and managed) for different services.
  8. Extracting log data and creating custom logs.
