Should I quit my job because of the pressure

I'm working at a start-up company and I feel there is a lot of pressure and very little pay. Should I quit and start looking for something else?

Pressure is going to be there everywhere, quitting is not the solution. Try pushing yourself a little more, everybody needs to get out of the comfort zone. As long as you're learning something new and growing, taking pressure would be worth it.

Change is the only constant in life.

Pressure is the only constant at Job.

No matter what you are working as, where you are working, when you are working, pressure is always gonna be there. The question to ask yourself is: Is the pressure making you better? You can't get better if you don't push yourself. When there is pressure, you go outside your comfort zone, it increases your boundaries. Look on the positive side, you are getting better at work because of pressure. Don't think of quitting. Think about what you are capable of and how you can handle the pressure.

Hey, who doesnt have work pressure, it depends on how you try out things to destress yourself and make time for yourself to rest.

Coming to quitting your job is a bad option because there are many who become tored and very pressured after quitting to find a job.

You can get another job offer and then quit if serious.
