In India on an average they get 4,30,000. But a;ways depends from company to company.

Security Engineers play a major role in companies, especially where there are financial transactions involved or where there is sensitive information. And in such companies, the salary is quite high, around 5-7 LPA. But in other companies where security is not given the first priority, the salary is less around 3-5 LPA.
