Getting easily angry and mad at home after work

What are the signs you are getting easily irritated and agitated with work & life? I keep shouting or get mad at everyone recently after going back home after work. I dont know what to do? Should i take a break from my job?

This is the usual scene with me too @Venu! I can relate to it :)
Take a break from your job or switch from your current company. Because no-one can reduce your stress, only you can calm yourself down and do something about it.  Either ask your manager for a long leave and spend some time with your family. Or if you can't do that then just take help from some psychiatrist or talk to someone in your family about it. Share your worries and problems with them and consider their suggestions.

Venu, it's quite common for working people to get angry or mad. It is majorly due to work stress or pressure. I would suggest taking a break for a few days or a week whenever you have time to relax. Try to find ways to relax such as parties, trips, join any sports clubs, etc. It will calm you down. You have to balance work and life to have a peaceful and better career and health.

If you are finding trouble with your work, then try to search for a better one suitable for your interests, skills and better pay. But again more pay implies more work. If you can find ways to relax and balance your life, then no can stop you find happiness. Try to complete work in office hours and spend time with family after work hours separating both.

It's basically due to frustration. You should start meditation, yoga or other forms of exercise. If you are into music, start playing instruments or writing songs or composing music. Take yourself out to a park, get some fresh air, meet new people. The best way to handle your anger is to spend your time with mother nature.

It could be because you are getting too stressed with work. Find out the reason for this. Do you have too much work? Are your seniors pressuring you too much? Is your work environment not good? Don't you like what you are doing? These are the most common reasons that people get frustrated for. Find out the reason and then find a solution for it. It is not a good thing to show your frustration on your family. I believe that you should keep your work life separate from your personal life.
