It does not matter how you learned something, it matters how well you learned it. Yes, it is possible for a non-IT person to get a job as a Web Developer. Learning from online resources is a good thing because the resources and topic available are vast. You can create your own projects which you can show to the recruiter during the interview. If your work is good, you need to be an IT professional. Another option is to work as a freelancer.

Yes, Nakul you are correct. Even I learnt java, python on my own and learnt AWS completely from documentation. Freelance is the best option. All you need to do is stay focused for the goals you set
@Shashank, good to know that you learned all these techs all by yourself. You can also view the edureka youtube page and read the blogs to enhance your skills.
But the problem is that some companies have eligibility criteria that I should have Engineering degree. What to do?

Hey Suraj, I started my IT career by leaning web-technologies and python all by myself. And after working in IT industry for more than 2yrs I can say that the knowledge you posses is what matters at the end of the day. You can learn a lot of technologies from Edureka's YouTube channels and Blogs for free as well as you can also join some courses to master in any specific technology. But for doing all this, you don't need to be from a IT industry.

And you can get some pretty good jobs, although there will be some struggle in the beginning as companies don't consider non-IT candidates that easily. But once you will get your first job, then it will be easy for you to learn and explore other IT fields simultaneously.
