- Project Plan software MS-PROJECT or excel template can also do.
- MS Visio
- Share Point, Lotus notes for managing project documentation
- Outlook off course for emails and calendar
- Instant messaging, skype, or whatever appropriate
- Powerpoint templates for the team to use for their presentations
- Issue tracking tool, internet-based or any internally developed tool.
