Hi Guys,

I am trying to sync the s3 bucket to my local system. But it is showing me the below error.

C:\Users\NADIM AKTHAR\Desktop\New folder>aws s3 sync s3://bucketnad .
download failed: s3://bucketnad/bucket.txt to .\bucket.txt [WinError 5] Access is denied: 'C:\\Users\\NADIM AKTHAR\\Desktop\\New folder\\bucket.txt'

How can I solve this error?

Hi@akhtar,

You may get this error if you didn't give the public permission to your bucket. You can follow the below steps to give permissions to your bucket.

• Login to your account.

• Select your bucket.

• Click on permissions and give public access.
