Hi,

You can create multiple charts in a sheet but there are limitations on the charts that can be put in the same sheet.

For Ex: Below is a chart, that contains an area chart, bar chart, and line chart,

You can create charts with one column and multiple rows ot the vice versa.

Using common or relative column and rows would provide you better visualizing multi[ple charts.

Multiple charts in a sheet are created using 1 common field and other dimension or measure as per choice.

Hope it helps.

Thanks for your question

Click an empty cell, and press [F11].
Change thedefault chart name to Two Chart Sheet.
Select the first chart you want to move to the chart sheet, and go to Chart. | ...
Select As Object In, and choose Two Chart Sheet from the drop-down list.
Click OK.
Repeat Steps 3 through 5 for the second chart you want to move.

or

instead of selecting a chart, select the range of cells containing the
charts you want to print, or
- select one chart, then hold down the Ctrl key while you select the others
that you want to plot.
Since Excel still defines a rectangular print range if you use the second
the method, you might find that some charts print that you did not select.
However, by re-arranging them and/or playing around a bit (with scaling, page
breaks, etc.), you should be able to get what you want.

Hi,

You can place more than one chart on a chart sheet. For example, let's say you have two charts on two different worksheets, and you want to put them both on a single chart sheet for comparison and printing.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click an empty cell, and press [F11].
  2. Change the default chart name to Two Chart Sheet.
  3. Select the first chart you want to move to the chart sheet, and go to Chart | Location.
  4. Select As Object In, and choose Two Chart Sheet from the drop-down list.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Repeat Steps 3 through 5 for the second chart you want to move.

However, You can move as many charts as you can fit. Go to View | Sized With Window to scale the charts to the window.
