It's normal for an IT employee to get stressed due to work after a few years of service. Since you are an experienced employee, you can take leave and go for a family trip or have a break for a few days. You can change your job if you still don't feel the same.

If you can balance your work life balance then no need for a psychologist. It's better to go to a psychologist if you are facing major tension, stress, and tiredness.

It is very common that you are having stress and tension in your life as you are in an IT firm. I guess it will be a good idea if you go on vacation with your family. But once you come from the vacation the scenario will be the same. So I would suggest you do yoga daily put get some good environment around you so you can think of something different every time.
