I think you shoul hang in there buddy. Try getting a good 2+ years of experience at the place you are working in right now. The trend now is that most of the company they treat people with less than 2 years of experience as a fresher. So when you have a 2+ years of experience then switching will be a bit easy for you.

That will be my suggestion to you my friend.

This is actually a problem with this age group of people but my suggestion will be for you that set your mind if you really want to quit your job why because you will be the person who will face the consequences after it . Set your goals if you have enough skills with you and confidence that getting another job wont be a hectic for you then you can . Otherwise i would suggest that whatever you are working in ,try to learn something on it ,gain our knowledge and then you can switch to another company with experience.

Well, if you are a fresher and worked for about 2 or 3 years in any domain that you are not feeling interesting then you can quit your job and look for a job change or learn any extra course or take a break and join in a different domain or job profile.

At the age of 20's, you might not be able to do something which makes you tired or don't like the work you are doing but if you are having a stable and nice job and salary, better not to quit. It becomes risky when you take a break for career change without any proper reasons.

Hope this helps you.
