Hyperledger Fabric Channel creation failed FAILED to execute End-2-End Scenario

Question

When I try to run ./byfn.sh up command, i get this error:

Error: got unexpected status: FORBIDDEN -- Failed to reach implicit threshold of 1 sub-policies, required 1 remaining: permission denied
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Channel creation failed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is probably because your network is already up. First you need to bring the network down:

./byfn.sh down

This error usually occurs if some old certificates are left in the system. Try to delete the certificates and generate the new.
