Who and what characteristics have the project management leaders that influence and inspire humanity

Question

Reflecting on leadership, in your opinion, who are the three more influential leaders that you/we ever had and what is the three main characteristics that these leaders have/had?

What they have in common?

I think that nowadays, and in companies where I have been, I never had a leader to inspire me. For me, the reference leaders who really changed the world are almost all dead, in today's confusing world, where communication comes from all sides, populism, lies, and deception proliferate, sometimes there is more counter-information than true information.

Although I think that a true leader should have a vision that is shared by the followers, should be charismatic, should give the example by doing, altruistic, worry about the welfare of others, honest, confident but realistic.
