If the priority is the completion dates, for sure you have to : 

  • Control the provisional schedule and HR availability. Are all resources available for doing their tasks as planned? 

  • Communicate about the main milestones to verify that all stakeholders are aware. We have to think about all validation works performed by users/clients and be sure they will be ready. 

  • And anticipation is a keyword for me. So do a risk review.
