  • mentoring others 
  • reviewing/revising organization process assets 
  • training

  • Improve Project Management processes / best practices in the organization 
  • Find out the cause of the variable workload and what can be done (together with the PMO if they have one) 
  • Learn something new that will help you to become a better Project Manager
