Cassandra time out when using select or copy command

0 votes
Hi Team,
I have one requirement where I have to fetch all data from one Cassandra table. I am getting time out when I am doing select * or copy. I know we can fetch data from tables based on token ranges and we can split it in small chunks to avoid timeout. Do your experts have any guidelines or script to do that?

If we get the TimeOut Exception, then we can increase it by using the options as shown below:

--connect-timeout=CONNECT_TIMEOUT
Specify the connection timeout in seconds (default: 5
seconds).
--request-timeout=REQUEST_TIMEOUT
Specify the default request timeout in seconds
 (default: 10 seconds).
