Working at a MNC can be boring at times but the exposure is brilliant. You meet people from different parts of the world. You share your knowledge with different section of people. The learning curve is great. Opportunity of growth is huge all you need to do is perform. The environment is more serious and more strict.

Working at a Startup is always fun. The work culture is very chilled out. The learning depends on you. You have to learn to survive the competition. The learning curve is steep but has better results than that in MNC. There is a very serious environment at times. People are more cheerful here. Growth is rapid and also the pay is more than that of a conventional MNC.

I have worked in Start-ups as well as MNCs. When I was working in MNC, half of the time, I didn't even know what project I was working on because different modules are divided into different groups and I only knew about my module. While working at a Start-up, I knew about the whole application. You get a chance to work on different levels and parts of the application.

Well, I work at a start-up and I'm loving it. No dress codes, no specific timings, all youngsters, amazing team parties and what not. One drawback is late working hours, sometimes even on weekends. But that has actually gotten me so much closer to my colleagues and they've become FAM.
