1-step shortcut to delete entire row in excel 2016

Question

I want to fast remove rows from a CSV that has a few thousand entries.

Control + - gave me the following menu when I tried it:

Although it may seem insignificant, I'd really prefer this shortcut to just skip the menu and immediately erase the entire row because I'll be erasing a lot of rows. Is there a different shortcut that deletes the complete row, or a different technique to make this shortcut erase the entire row by default?

Highlight the whole row by clicking on the row number to the left and hit Ctrl -
