Not able to download Six Sigma Certificate Course stuck to 93 Please help

I have completed my Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Course on my part. But the course is stuck to 93% completion due to which I am not able to download the certificate. I checked each and every Module and Quizzes. I have completed all of them. Please help. How can i fix this bug from my end in order to get the certificate???
