when to use ReframeWork with Orchestrator and when to use it without ?

UiPath Orchestrator provides basic reporting capabilities: for each automated process, the number of robots, how many successful transactions per reporting period, how many failed, process time and total number of transactions. 

It provides a dashboard - a graphical representation, in which the user can select the reporting period and the automated process. 

So basically any process or scenario where you need all the reports like which process is automated, number of robots, successful transactions per second and other such information you can use Reframework with orchestrator and you could use Reframework in scenarios where you don't want such reports.
