How to specify Hue Server Http address

Hi. I am new to Hue and I am following tutorial steps. Here, in a step, they say that I have to change the Http address but they have not mentioned how to do it. Can someone tell me how to do it?

Search for the Hue configuration file on your system and then under the [desktop] section, search for http_host and http_port. You can specify the host IP address and the port to these properties.
