login popup not working in tomcat9 when I click the server status

I'm not getting the login popup while using tomcat9(latest). If I click the server status, it takes me to an error page without any login popup and displays the 403 error. The user is configured with manager and admin gui but still no popup.

Try and install tomcat 8.0.41. It is stable, managed and bug free. Tomcat9 is not yet managed. You can also try tomcat 8.5 if you want.
