How to delete an Auto Scaling group in AWS

Hi Guys,

I have created one auto-scaling group in AWS. Now I don't need the group. Can anyone tell me how can I delete the auto-scaling group with the CLI command?

You can delete the specified Auto Scaling group. If the group has instances or scaling activities in progress, you must specify the option to force the deletion in order for it to succeed. The below example deletes the specified Auto Scaling group.

$ aws autoscaling delete-auto-scaling-group --auto-scaling-group-name my-auto-scaling-group
