How to add peers on a running Hyperledger Fabric

I have a fabric up and running.. Now i want to add a peer to it.. i have read that i can do it using configtxlator tool but i am not sure how. can somebody help?

You can not use configtxlator tool for this because configtxlator tool is used to update configuration of channel. To add a peer to the running network, you have to generate new certificates for the peers.. These certificates should be signed by the CA(certificate authority) and then you can add it to the Fabric..
