Transform a heavy calculated measure accumulated into a column in Power BI

0 votes

Hello guys

So I've a table with more then 20.000 values and I need to do the accumulated sum of all of them...

I used this measure to do the calculation:

        ALLSELECTED('Medições'[Data Hora Medição]),

ISONORAFTER('Medições'[Data Hora Medição], MAX('Medições'[Data Hora Medição]), DESC)

It worked fine.. but whenever I upload my Power BI to the online platform, they show the error "power bi the visual has exceeded the available resources"

I tried to create a column using this measure, in a sense that it would be more like a static column... but it also didn't work

Any ideas???

Hi, @Marinafr,

Yes, the issue occurs when a visual has attempted to query too much data for the server to complete the result with the available resources.

As suggested in the error, you may need to try filtering the visual to reduce the amount of data in the result currently.

Hello, @Marinafr,

If you are using Pro License then the File size should not cross 1 GB and the total Workspaces size should not cross 10GB. Please check on that!

Try to remove unnecessary columns in the data so that you can save space.
