Scrum Framework Methodology for Services Operations too

0 votes

Just checking if Scrum Framework/Methodology is good to use for services/operations where sprint-demo is always monotonous - "so and so many p1 issues completed within SLA etc.."

Please point/advise me on a good use-case on effectively adopting/practicing SCRUM methodology for a services organization.
