ERROR gcloud compute ssh Could not fetch resource The resource projects nadeem-gcp-123456 zones australia-southeast1-b instances myos was not found

Hi Guys,

I am trying to do SSH in my GCP instance, but it is showing the below error.

$ gcloud compute ssh myos
WARNING: The private SSH key file for gcloud does not exist.
WARNING: The public SSH key file for gcloud does not exist.
WARNING: The PuTTY PPK SSH key file for gcloud does not exist.                                                          WARNING: You do not have an SSH key for gcloud.
WARNING: SSH keygen will be executed to generate a key.                                                                 WARNING: Invalid characters in local username [Nadeem Akhter]. 
Using username corresponding to active account: []
ERROR: (gcloud.compute.ssh) Could not fetch resource:
- The resource 'projects/nadeem-gcp-123456/zones/australia-southeast1-b/instances/myos' was not found

Hi@akhtar,

You need to select your region properly when you configured your CLI. It is trying to search for your instance in a different region. So you need to use --zone parameter in your command to avoid this error.
