How do you drive ethical behavior within your team?

In my actual workplace there is a Code of Ethics in place and each year all people that work inside the company are trained and certified into the Code of Ethics.

Here are some things you can do:

• Increase awareness, talk about ethics, don't be shy or uncomfortable talking about unethical behavior. 
• "Walk the talk", be a role model to all. 
• Engage leadership in these conversations, ask for support. 
• Ethical behavior should be part of the performance management conversations.
