How do you promote the value of project management within your organization?

I personally promote the value of Project Management within my organization by showing and comparing the results of projects that followed Project Management practices and others that did not.

Definitely there was great added value on projects where PM practices were properly used.

This added value was reflected in cost savings, more customer satisfaction, time-saving and many other factors.
