User arn aws iam 142213003344 user nadeem is not authorized to perform iam GetAccountSummary on resource

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create one user in AWS. But it shows me the below error.

We encountered the following errors while processing your request:
User: arn:aws:iam::142213003344:user/nadeem is not authorized to perform: iam:GetAccountSummary on resource: *
User: arn:aws:iam::142213003344:user/nadeem is not authorized to perform: iam:ListAccountAliases on resource: *

How can I solve this error?

Hi@akhtar,

Every user does not have all the power. To create new user in AWS, you should use your root user. But here you are trying with a different user. So login with your root user and create one new user.
