Hi Guys,

I tried to start Hbase server, but I am getting the below error.

2020-03-30 10:21:54,882 ERROR [main] client.ConnectionManager$HConnectionImplementation: The node /hbase is not in ZooKeeper. It should have been written by the master. Check the value configured in 'zookeeper.znode.parent'. There could be a mismatch with the one configured in the master.

Hi@akhtar,

When you try to start hbase server, it connects to zookeeper internally. So, start zookeeper server and remove /hbase node from zookeeper(if created earlier) and stop zookeeper server it. Again start your hbase server.
