How can connect Amazon EC2 machine using user access key and secret keys

HI,

I have created ec2 instance and one i am user which have the ec2 full permisson, now i am trying to access the ec2 machine in putty using user access key and secret keys.

I am looking for the steps for same

Hi@Sivakumar,

Follow the below given steps.

• First enable port 22 in your instance so that you can SSH.

• Create one key of your instance at the time of launching.

• Download that key in a file with .pem extension.

• Download PuTTY and PuTTYgen

• PuTTY is used for remote login from windows system and PuTTYgen is used to convert .pem file to .ppk file.

• Load .pem file to PuTTYGen for Conversion

• In the following PuTTYGen main screen, click on “Load” button, and select your AWS PEM file.

                      

• Save your Converted PPK Private Key 

        

• Use the .ppk File in PuTTY

               

• Load your .ppk file as shown below.   

                   

• Now click on open.
