Follow the below given steps.
First enable port 22 in your instance so that you can SSH.
Create one key of your instance at the time of launching.
Download that key in a file with .pem extension.
Download PuTTY and PuTTYgen
PuTTY is used for remote login from windows system and PuTTYgen is used to convert .pem file to .ppk file.
Load .pem file to PuTTYGen for Conversion
In the following PuTTYGen main screen, click on “Load” button, and select your AWS PEM file.
