Hi. Please help me with the connection string for PostgreSQL. I have installed and configured Sqoop2 and PostgreSQL database. Now I want to use a connection string to make a connection. What is the connection string for PostgreSQL?

The format of the connection string is:

jdbc:postgresql://<HOST>:<PORT>/<DATABASE_NAME>

You can use it as follows:

jdbc:postgresql://my_postgres_server_hostname:5432/my_database_name
