PHP unserialize keeps throwing error

So I have a large 2d array that i'm attempting to serialize, but when I attempt to unserialize the array it just throws the same error to till nearly crashing Firefox.

The error is:

Warning: unserialize() [function.unserialize]: Node no longer exists in /var/www/dev/wc_paul/inc/analyzerTester.php on line 24

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

Try googling Node no longer exists, you'l most likely end up with a concise explanation of why this is happening, along with a solution at the first go.
