Hey I had a small doubt. Is it possible to revoke puppet host's certificate from my master?

Hey @Garima, yes of course you can revoke a host's certificate from puppet master. Use the following command for it:

sudo /opt/puppetlabs/bin/puppet cert clean hostname 

This will remove the specified host certificate from the puppet set up.
