How to install redis on AWS Micro instance

Ok. I need to install redis on amazon cloud. I need it as a part of my project.  I'm not very good with Linux and administration concepts. So any suggestion on where should I refer to for step by the step installation procedure.

Maybe you can spin up an EC2 instance and install/manage redis there, you could create an Elasticache instance running redis and let AWS manage it all for you.

This the installation procedure that you can follow. It is the same way you do on your windows or Linux operating system. Installation procedure.
