Blockchain has been growing pretty well now. And I think it has a great future too. There is no restriction on who can choose Blockchain as a Career. Anybody from a fresher to a person with 10-15 years of experience can get into Blockchain Technology. People from the non-IT field too (but it is going to be difficult for them because Blockchain requires lots of technical knowledge)

Learning Blockchain is a challenge because it is a new technology and it requires strong programming skills. Anybody who is interested can choose Blockchain as a career but it is going to be difficult. I would tell that Blockchain career is most suitable for people who have good programming skills.
