Showing percentages above bars on Excel column graph

Question

I have a graph that obtains information from a pivot table, and as a result, I have a distribution of counts (how many in category A, how many in B, how many in C, etc)

However, I also want to display a percentage of the total above each bar. I could, for instance, explain, "This bar for Category A shows we obviously have 2000 of it, but look at the figure above the bar, it's just 15% of the total."

Is this all make sense?

1. Use a line series to show the %
2. Update the data labels above the bars to link back directly to other cells
