Limitations of Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere

Can someone tell me what are the limitaitons of Blurprism and automation anywhre?

Both cannot automate anything within a virtual machine

Automation Anywhere is more developer oriented. 

AA debugging system is bad

BP is not able to read captcha values

Sub task can return false positive to the main task.
Verification steps should be handled carefully.
