phpMyAdmin - Error Incorrect format parameter

I used this command: select database > export > custom > select all tables > select .zip compression > 'Go' to export the database. But I am getting this error when I upload example.sql.zip file to my localhost.
Error:

phpMyAdmin - Error > Incorrect format parameter

When I tried it with SQL database it works fine. What could be the reason for this error? How can I solve this?
