Azure DevOps 2019 fill or change Contact Cards

I am using Azure DevOps 2019 On-Premises. Each user has a "contact card", but not all information is visible. We want to display phone numbers, locations, titles, departments, and other information.

How do we update the contact cards in DevOps from our domain? Is it maybe possible to update via code or rest API?
