Simple question regarding PHP Wordpress Yoast SEO

I  saw that  most of the website has their meta title & description at first of their source code  I am having problem with the code the meta title ,descreption and all comes at the fend of the head code I tried to fix it with  <?php wp_head (); ?>   doesnt help

I want to know if there is any code i can copy paste to the theme header

the way the search engine displays your results is not based on the order of objects in your head tag google does it according to their moto
and yoast is reliable and it does their work so there is noting to do about it
